StayWell Solutions Online (SSO) does not require registration and does not collect personal health information.
We automatically track and collect the following information when you visit StayWell Solutions Online:
Use of Cookies

Calculators, Quizzes and Risk Assessments
Except for the Health Mirror Health Risk Assessment, the calculators, quizzes and risk assessments available on StayWell Solutions Online do not collect any personally identifiable information, nor do they track who is using the tool.
Aggregate Reporting
Licensees are able to review on-demand reports on site traffic. These reports focus on total visitor sessions, most frequently viewed pages and referring sites. No personally identifiable information is collected for these reports.
Registering Complaints and Deleting Accounts
It is our policy not to threaten, intimidate or retaliate against persons alleging violation of the HIPAA Privacy rules.
